Hello! Can someone help me identify this plate (if it is Chinese or Japanese)?

You have a Chinese contemporary decorative plate. The two-part base-mark consists of an upper apocryphal mark of "Made during the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" within an oblong quatrefoil cartouche. Beneath it are three characters reading from the right as "Macao Colors" or "Macao Variety" - 澳門彩 - Aomen Cai).

Macao has a long history as a home for shops making transfer-decorated dishes, which variety this dish appears to be.

Dear Bill, thanks for your anwser, I saw that the signature was Chinese, but I saw many Japanese plates with very similar design, and I thought that maybe Japanese did it for Chinese.

Actually, Toyo seems to have beaten other potential porcelain incursions into Macao by years, according to Gotheborg (Link).
