Subject:Ai-Kutani/Ai-Kakiemon (blue&white imari) dish. Age, translation.

Hi guys and Happy Friday! I picked up this dish and I was hoping someone could tell me more about it. It pretty much speaks for itself, Japanese blue and white underglazed porcelain. Its in such nice shape though that I honestly cant even estimate a date, I vaguely recall some connection to the number of rings on the bottom but couldn't relocate what I read.. There are impressed marks on the bottom but I'm unable to read them. I took the best picture I could but it might still be difficult, if so let me know and I will try and get better lighting and what-not. Thank you guys!

Attached are two new pictures, one a more clear shot of the stamp I edited it to try and get the most definition but the top and bottom characters are difficult to see:/ and the other is the face under better lighting, I realized that to old picture made the blue look more dingy that it really is. Thanks guys.
