Reading of signature,
源琦  Genki
Reading of seal,
源琦之印 Seal of Genki
Genki (1747-1797) mid-Edo period painter, Surname:
Minamoto (源) Popular name; Komai (駒井)from
Kyoto. Disciple of Nagasawa Rosetsu.
Inscription on mounting,
源琦 鯉  Genki - Carp

Signed 'Genki' (源琦) and sealed 'Genki no in' (源琦之印) refering to Komai Genki (1747-97) but I'm afraid that the signature nor the seal are original. His work was often copied and faked.
