Subject:Unknown Oriental Vintage Silk Art

Can anyone possibly help decipher the signatures on this painting please, found this beauty nestled in Moms garage. Would be great to have a back story to go with it.

I took a magnifying glass to closely look at every stroke on the painting and looks almost like it has gold flakes throughout the painting, just super beautiful.

Cool and elegant fragrance of cold
Unfortunately, the design of seal with the name or art-name of artist is too entangled and blurred, I am trying to decode it.
