Would this be Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi mark and is this vase shape typical of this period?

The mark (shown upside down) is meant to be "Made during the Guangxu Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" (Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi). However, the calligrapher shorted the mark by a 'skein' in the silk radical of the Xu character. For comparison, here's a picture of a Guangxu six-character seal script mark on an official kiln bowl. The lower character in the middle of the mark has two circles on it upper left side, representing two elements in the silk radical. This is how it usually appears in seal script.

I've seen worse from calligraphers in other Guangxu marks, and since your vase is decorated in the Qianjiang palette, which was popular during the Guangxu reign and later, I believe it's safe to say that your vase likely is of that period, though certainly popular kiln ware and not official.

I believe your vase likely is of the Guangxu period (1875-1908), although there's a chance it may have been made somewhat later. But in any event, even though it is likely "mark and period of Guangxu", the presence of a mark does not mean it is imperial porcelain (which was the case with the cups in my pictures). Your vase is "popular kiln ware" (min yao), made to sell to local folk and for export.
