Hi, does anyone have an idea how old this is and who the Najee might be?

Hi Marc,

The mark spells Bijutsu 美術 Toki 陶器 (Art Pottery).
Bijutsu Toki is said to be a division of Noritake china, however, no proof could be found whether this is true. I could not find more information about this company.
Regards,
Martin.

Forgot the dates, somewhere between 1950 and 1975.

Gotheborg.com lists this mark as that of a contemporary (late 20th century) company called "Bijutsu Toki" (美術陶器 - "Fine Arts Ceramics").

Best regards,

Bill H.

I'd say 1940's to 1970's...
It say's "Japan" on the mark a typical 20th century, after WW2 requirement.
