Subject:Shrimp Dish - Minyao Ware - Age and mark?

Thank you kindly for your recent assistance. I have a question regarding the pictured dish, which shows a pair of shrimp, which in Australia would be called prawns. Actually given their little claws, they would be called scampi in Australia and l'angoustine in Europe. I acquired this dish at auction for about 60 Australian dollars.
It is completely undamaged other than normal scratching from practical use, a rather crude example of Minyao ware.
I have the following questions.
First, how old is this object? I note from Allen's latest book an image of a similar underglaze blue shrimp dated third quarter 18th century (p115).
The general appearance of the dish resembles the 19th century minyao piece on p65 of Allen's first book (Fig 24(a)) especially the shade of blue, the broad brush strokes etc. However, the bluish shade of the glaze, and the thick glaze inside the foot look 18th century to me.
Could I be justified in guessing late 18th or early 19th century for this object? Or could it be earlier?
Second, I note that the footrim of the dish is quite white and doughy in texture and the dish to my hand seems heavier than Jingdezhen porcelain. Might this be an example of Fujianese wares?
Thirdly, can anyone read the mark on the bottom? I realise it has been hastily dashed on with a thick brush-pen; indeed I can't even tell if there are two or three words on it. Can anyone with better eyes take a guess?
