hello
i have this bronze censer, it is 21 cm wide and 12 cm high
it is very massive and the weight is 2.2 kg .it is very thick as well, i wanted to ask you all if someone can help me to read the mark on the base and maybe tell me the age

This might be a homage piece referring in its mark (which reads 清玩 - pure pleasure) to the YuTang QingWan 玉堂清玩 bronzes of the 18th century.

What a tragedy that someone has polished off the patina. Makes it that much harder to estimate age.

Dear Yuval

I think the lack of rotational grooves in the foot and footrim of this object may be a good sign. Perhaps the "spongy" appearance of the mark may be significant too?

Kind regards
J.Lim

Thank you all very much, i think it is an antique censer because it has some age signs on it, the mark is much deeper than you can see in the photos but the gaps between the letters is full with some kind of dirt or residue, and i did not cleaned it
