Does anyone know the identity of this blue seal mark (found on two different small 20th century Chinese porcelain vases)?

光華藝品　Guanghua Yipin (Kuanghua Ip'in)
Kuanghua Art Product
Can be a Taiwanese manufacturer (?)

I have a porcelain vase with the same makers mark. Want to know who's mark is it and what year it's from.
