Indonesia. Either Java or Bali, probably Bali.

Thank you. That what I suspected. I've seen a similar Saraswati from bali, but not too may examples.

Looks like Balinese from Indonesia. If not, then perhaps Javanese.

A bit late to the thread, but yes, it is Balinese. The picture isn't very focused, but it looks like she is the moon Goddess Dewi Ratih, who is pursued by the monster Kala Rau who wants to eat her.
The different stages of the moon correspond to how much of a grip Kala Rau gets on Dewi Ratih. She manages to escape most of the time, but when she is swallowed for a short period of time, you get a lunar eclipse.
