This mark DOES say Qianlong, but is attempting to emulate porcelain from the Guangxu period. Note that in all three case the name on the porcelain has little to do with the actual style being emulated.
Once more, I'm afraid this is modern. Look at the extremely smooth porcelain at the foot, and the flawlessly glossy turquoise glaze inside the footrim.
Thank you for including a closeup of the signature; it looks to me like it has been written with a square tipped calligraphy pen or similar. Modern people might find it difficult to write such square letters with a soft brush and might be tempted to use a pen; an instrument the old time porcelain makers would never have thought of.
