Hi, can anybody help translate the text on the storage box lid of my Suzuribako?

Really appreciate any help.

Here is the translation,
蒔絵 Makie (A type of Japanese lacquer ware)
地黒仙人之面 Jiguro Sennin no Men
Mask of a dark complexioned hermit (Immortal)
(There should be a mask depicted on the lid of
the case)
御硯箱 O-Suzuribako Inkstone case

With regards,

Thank you for your help, really appreciate it. Very interesting there is no Mask on the lid but the Sennin does have a dark complection.

I have posted a pic of the lid and also the indie of the lid.

Dear Rob,
Your point is correct.
My reading was mistaken. The last character is
圖 Zu or picture.
The right full reading is,
地黒仙人之圖 Jiguro Sennin no Zu
Picture of dark complexioned hermit.
The inscription on the box is rather a mixture of square script and calligraphy, and in these
cases some characters like 面 and 圖 can easily be confused.
Thank you again for your question.
With regards,

I really appreciate the time you have taken to help with this. I collect Netsuke and can use books to work out signatures on those but often you are left with several meanings.

Once again thank you and take care!
