The mark on your lacquer plaque reads,
芳月　　Hogetsu
After a longer search on Japanese websites I could find only one link related to the artist.
According to it, Hogetsu (1900-1985) was a sculptor at Takaoka Lacquerware Co. Takaoka,
Japan.
