Subject:17th Century Kangxi Plate/Shallow Bowl
Posted By: Bokaba Thu, Aug 31, 2017 IP: 2605:e000:af16:3b00: I was wondering if anyone could tell me the age of this item. I think is some type of plate or shallow bowl. The decoration and foot looks Kanxi Period to me, perhaps for the Dutch of Islamic market. However, the flower mark on the foot would be unusual for export porcelain. Any ideas? It is 10 inches wide.

Posted By: Bokaba Sat, Sep 02, 2017 Thanks Plasticman. I was able to find an image of a similar plate/bowl identified as Kangxi late late 17th Century (Export Porcelain in North America) and as fine export/domestic.
