Hello,
It looks like to me to say "Chenghua period made" Chenghua was a Ming emperor from 1462-1487. But the vase looks to me to be late 19th century to early 20th century.
Kind regards,
Xbet

Late 19th Century is presumed to be the earliest time when these brown etched marks were produced. However, most of the brown etched Chenghua marks date to the mid 20th Century or later.
