Could anyone please help me with more information on the attached trigram bowl? Is it republican? Or a later tourist piece/ fake? Thanks in advance!

This is from the Qing dynasty, 19th century.
It's not rare.

So it's older than I thought. Is there a way to read the seal? I tried to find sources but failed.
