Can anyone translate the Chinese text or decipher
The artist signature?

The middle character portends the need for a Japanese translation. I'm sure everyone would enjoy a peek at your lithograph just so we can say we've upheld the forum's objectives.

The Japanese text reads,
夜空の旋律　"Yozora no senritsu",which means
"Melody of the Night Sky"
