Subject:Metal plate

We found a plate that is obviously asian in my grandparents things. Since my grandfather was in WWII and his brother was a merchant marine, we have no idea where it's from. Can anyone give us some information on it?

Tray depicts a typical soldier-and-horse funerary statue from the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang.(The
first Emperor of China)
This souvenir tray should not be older than 30-35 years.
(Since the mausoleum was discovered in 1974)

So..is it worth anything monetarily or just a sentimental for us?
