Subject:Chinese or Japanese marks?

Hi,

Can someone help me with this partial mark to the base of a pot please? Is it Chinese, Japanese or some of Asian country?
The pot is a vase with real blossom decoration under the final glaze. Age unknown. Thankyou for aby help rendered.

Chinese, modern/recent but trying to be a Qing reign mark of some kind (according to the right column of text), the problem being that the single character in the center column appears to read 龍 and there is no Qing (or Ming) reign mark that includes that character, so it's kind of a fantasy mark.
