Hi out there.
I have studied the chinese art of Ivory carvings, and have some book about the beautiful carvings done in ivory. There are plenty of pictures of the the "old time" masterpieces, but wey little about how they was done, so the question is. Is there someone out there that knows something about the tools and the technicue? ( I am not talking about "modern" rotarry tools, but the the shapes, forms, edge angles and "cutting tehnicue" of the old "knives and Scraper used by the old masters.
