Subject:Please Help Identify Marks on Yixing BlackTeapot

Chinese Black Yixing teapot with water buffalo head spout & fu lion finial. The teapot is double signed underneath the lid with a two character mark and also on the bottom of the kettle with a six character seal mark.
Measures 6"W x 4" diameter x 3.25"H.
can anyone could tell me what the marks read. I was told it was an antique Chinese Yixing teapot when I bought it. Thanks so much for your time and infornation

Unfortunately the picture of the seal under the lid is too small to be of any use at all. A better picture would have helped.

The seal under the pot itself is the potter's name and reads Chu MengXin - 儲孟新制.
