Subject:Signature and seal of Chinese painting

Would be very grateful if someone out there could help me to identify the seal and text of an old Chinese painting.
A friend of mine think that the artists name is Yu Ji (1738-1823) but having compared the seal marks with other paintings of Yu Ji found on the internet, I am not so sure.
