A nicely executed design that uses the leaf scrolls instead of a background diaper to stabilize the enamel - guessing it takes a more experienced artist to have learned the basic composition and be able to fit it to the shape. The scrolls aren't obsessively uniform, which gives the design its casual appeal. And the colors move the eye around the design well.
Many vases like this were exported during the 1920s-early 1930s.
