Subject:Nasta‘liq Mughal seal

Morning,
I have some Mughal seals and among them I have one that I can neither translate nor date. Usually in the others, there is a four-digit Islamic date, in this case I have only three.
I also cannot translate the inscription.
I don't know if this is the correct forum (in case do you know of any Islamic calligraphy or seal forums?), in the meantime I am attaching two photos (one normal and the other upside down, being a stamp it has to be reversed).
