Subject:chinese ivory marks

I have two ivory sculptures each one with a mark on the bottom. I would like to know more about these marks. What do they say ?

The top picture, when the characters are read right to left, appears to show a mark that says 'Qianlong'. The other seems to be 'Great Qing' (Da Qing). Owing to the somewhat casual nature of the seal carving, I surmise that both marks are apocryphal.
