Hi Keith,
The signature is too cursive for me, but the first line on the right reads from the top, 'Dai Ni Pon Kyo To Jiu' (Great Japan in Kyoto), with the character 'Zo' (Made By) following the signature. Perhaps this will help you narrow down your search.
