Subject:Qingci rams, Western Jin?
Posted By: peach88 Wed, Jul 23, 2008 IP: 67.86.28.162 I have had a pair of rams for many years. After some research I think they could be Qingci/ celedon, probalbly from XiJin (Western Jin) period. In addition to the documented ram shape from the period, there are silver/brown dots on the glaze which fits the character in the period. Need confirmation from experts. Thanks! |
