I am interested to know the name of the kabuki actor and date of this oban size tate-e woodblock print signed Kunisada-ga.

From here it looks like it is signed Toyokuni ga and could be Toyokuni I. Again, hard to tell with the tiny pictures.

Cheers,
Stan

The print is signed is Toyokuni so the artist is most probably Toyokuni I (or Toyokuni II but never Kunisada). The actor is Onoe Matsusuke II.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Horst Graebner who gave the valuable information about this woodblock print.
By the way Horst, do you have any info about my last posted print that is the earliest one, probably 1810, by Toyokuni 1?
My advance gratitude,
Nad
