A fine Chinese sancai pottery vase covered in a mottled green, cream and brown glaze pooling irregularly above the buff pottery foot. The shoulder is modelled in relief with two lion masks and two flower medallions, the neck with four lug handles. Tang dynasty, circa 8th century AD. |
