Tantra is often described using the analogy of a loom; the warp and woof referring to the interpenetration of Nirvana and Samsara, the sacred and the mundan, while the world is described as a tapestry of dreams. This image shows the weaver Tantipa surrounded by numerous other Siddhas and realized adepts. As the Second Dalai Lama wrote: "All things that exist are interdependent. The fabric of existence is by nature Void. Cultivate this vision; and be aware of the world as illusory, like the creation of a magician."
