Nephrite Jade and Chlorine swimming pools |
Posted By: Sunny Posted Date: Mar 29, 2010 (09:31 PM) |
Message Hello, This looks like a knowledgable group for my concerned question. I have been given a lovely Maori Manaia of green Nephrite Jade from New Zealand, that I have been told never to remove, ever, until I am ready to pass it on to someone else. The giver told me that it was OK to go swimming while wearing this, but I am still concerned. I swim in a chlorinated pool for 1 hour every day of the week. Will all this chlorine harm my beautiful pendant? If so, how can I protect it from the chlorine without taking it off? Thank you, Sunny Post a Response |
