Re: tapestry origin question |

Message Tapestry is woven-in design made on loom. Except in slit-tapestry (which this is not), the design-making threads go all the way across piece -- perhaps can be seen going all across back, or closely interwoven in fabric. If is embroidery (design threads mainly local-area in piece and go any different directions; possibly several types stitches, such as look like chain), do not call tapestry.
