Message Diamarie, Some countries like USA charge tax to import goods but no charge if more than 100-year-old. Dealer in, say, Hong Kong could issue certificate so customer not pay tax. If issued by very high-reputation old organization of dealers or high-reputation dealer, would give time made, not 'antique' or 'antiquity'. Certificate issued by auction web site vendor near always worthless. Have been talk in Forum this topic, you can search. If you scan and post picture, some might have particular critique.
