Japanese Art & Handicraft Book, Original, Limited edition, 1916 |

Message This book should probably command a price up to 4000USD in a book gallery, and perhaps 1000USD less in a private sale. This depends on condition, though the pictures you provide suggest condition is very good at least. If the cover and spine/binding are in the same condition, it would take the higher end. There are two copies of this book, one an artist proof, and the other numbered 135 in the edition both going in the mid 2k range. Each has condition issues, including laid in review, rubbed cover etc. that explain the price. You may be aided in the sale and price of the piece by its connection to the Red Cross. Much of this information is available on Abebooks.com website, and a little googling will help too. Don't know much else, but I'm pretty good with the books! Post a Response |
