Ancient painting of Cranes |

Message Upper seal, 龍洞 - Ryudō Lower seal, 口盛 - 囗mori (sei) (I can't read the 1st character) Penciled script, 老松双鶴 - Old pine and two cranes 名物裱褙 - Special mounting Yamamoto Ryudō 山本龍洞 1845-1913 Meiji era painter. Born in Edo with Shinano Iida clan origins as the son of the Neo-Confucian scholar Fuchii Tenryu。Learned painting at Tosa clan's Yamamoto Gyo'ō. Was good at bird and flower painting.
