Message The inscription on the fan in my rough translation reads, 天降雄彦 資才卓茂 仰高鑚堅 允文允武 内幹(三署) 節武榮碑 思明 The heaven blessed him with wealth and ability Looking up to him as he gets harder, Equally proficient in intellectual and military affairs He is fit for all (three court offices) Part of Wu Rong Stele Si Ming Illegible seal Text from an Eastern Han Stele inscription titled Wu Rong 武榮 which is now preserved the Han Stelae Pavilion in Jining City.
