Message Signature, 法橋索壽筆 - Hōkyō Sakuju-hitsu - Painted by Hōkyō Sakuju (Hōkyō "Bridge of Law" Buddhist "Dharma" name - from Edo period often used by painters too - Sakuju "Searcher of long life" - an art-name) Upper seal, 法橋索壽 - Hōkyō Sakuju Lower seal, 篠原有典 - Shinohara Arinori Unfortunately, I could not find artist with this name neither in my ID dictionaries nor on the net.
