Message Nee, Jillions of these porcelain dolls were produced in Japan into the 1920s for export to the West, as inexpensive competition with French and German fine porcelain dolls. One would have had a wig, both would have had clothing. Your photo of the mark is too blurry to say anything about it. It might refer to size rather than to a manufacturer.
